FAQ

Shop Policy

Please note, some aspects of the refund policy vary by purveyor. Items will be clearly marked as Wolf or Wyvern. Please refer to the following for specifics. Thank you!

The Wolf

Refunds:

Charms in general are not eligible for a refund after they have been shipped; what you see in the preview images is what you will receive because if it isn't up to my standards, I don't ship it. Refunds may be offered before shipping if requested through our email listed on the contact page. In the unlikely event that your item is broken in transit, contact us via email with pictures of your charm in its packaging. With evident damage, I will send you a replacement for no additional charge. We are confident in our packaging, but life happens- we'll do what we can to make it right!

Custom Charms:
A custom charm is just that; something you asked to be made the way it is. Please be sure you are satisfied with your choices before placing your order; take your time- I will be here for you when you decide! I want your charm to come out just the way you want it. I try my best to balance the right amount of chosen ingedients to make it look good. Before shipping a custom charm, I can, at your request, offer you a photo of the finished product. PLEASE NOTIFY ME AND INCLUDE YOUR EMAIL IN THE ORDER IF YOU WOULD LIKE TO SEE THE CHARM. If you are unhappy with it, I will remake the charm once with requested adjustments. Any alterations after this will incure an additional restocking fee and I retain the right to resell the rejected charms at a future date.

Order Schedule:
These charms are handmade per order and as I am only human, I ask for your patience.

Manufacturing for an order is at most 5 days and then I will do my best to deliver it to the post office within another 3. My local post office is not open on weekends, so orders will only ship on business days.

Terrarium Care Advice

If you find your moss browning, this is, in my experience, one of three issues: the jar is getting too hot, not getting enough light, or not getting enough water. As mentioned on the terrarium product page, the indirect light advisory is ONLY about sunlight to prevent the jar from getting too hot- if you can keep the jar cool, they do just fine with direct artificial light. Even better yet, if they can be placed under a grow light specifically for plants, you should have no issues! If you find the moss growing too much for the jar (and the moss in the Yak T'el version especially grows like a weed), don't be afraid to trim it! So long as there is healthy-looking green moss remaining, the plant will recover.
IF you happen to see little white... somethings hopping around your terrarium, never fear- these are most likely Springtails! Wolf keeps some in her mossbeds because they're excellent little housekeepers, eating dead plant matter and providing tiny amounts of waste for the moss to eat. They are not dangerous in any way and actually benefit your plant greatly. Please be kind to them~
Feel free to email any further questions/ask for situation specific advice- we are happy to help you keep your plant friend healthy!

General Questions

ABOUT YOOPERLITE: Yooperlite used in the Lahabrea braceletes glows best under a specific wavelength of UV light, that being 365nm. I have personally checked every bead with a properly speced flashlight and they do all glow TO SOME DEGREE. Some will not be as bright as others, but if you see no glow, you are not using the right light or may need to move to a darker space!

My tissue paper is damp and my charm seems to have leaked, what do I do?
The short answer is nothing; changes in atmospheric pressure during shipping can force a small amount of liquid from your vial since cork is a porous material. I have done my very best to seal them, but it is possible. HOWEVER; if you feel you are missing a substantial amount of liquid, please email the shop with pictures and we can discuss it.

Why is the glitter in my shaker stuck in the air bubble? It is both highly likely and normal for glitter within the charm to stick to the air bubble inside. Without the bubble, the charm would not mix well and we try to minimize this effect where we can. Most often this won't be an issue by the time you receive it, but in my experience, the glitter will often detach after resting a while.

The glitter in my shaker is stuck to the glass and won't move :( This can happen if the liquid in your shakers is particularly thick to make heavier decorations float or even if your shaker has been lying on one side for a long time. The best solution is actually to play with it! Run the air bubble inside over the stuck glitter and shake the devil out of it; it should eventually separate.

Help! The eyelet of my shaker charm is covered in wax and I can't get a ring through it! Please don't worry; if the wax somehow melts during shipping, you can clear it yourself. Simply take a toothpick and GENTLY press it through the eyelet to clear it. I suggest first warming the wax by holding it over a steaming cup of water if it is necessary for you to clear your eyelet. WARNING: If you apply too much pressure to the lid of your charm, it can snap off. If this happens, you are NOT eligable for a refund as you yourself broke the charm- please use caution.

The liquid in my shaker was supposed to be clear, but it's turned a parchment/yellow color- what happened? If you ordered a shaker with the gold chunks in it, ie Scion G'raha, Exarch, Xiao, or asked for them in a custom charm, there is a warning on the page that the gold color will bleed out a bit. There's nothing to be done about this, unfortunately.

The Wyvern

Custom items:
I enjoy resin as a fun and freeform hobby, so there will be variations in color, color blending, and general happy accidents.

I will send you a photo of the item after I pop it out of the mold. Any needed alterations mean starting from scratch and will add to production time, but your honest opinion will help me make sure you are happy with with the finished product! If you do not want me to use the initial reject for future projects/sales, please let me know and we will talk about it. I know some custom requests can be quite personal.

Please allow about 1-2 weeks for production and a full cure of the final product, give or take any alterations needed, personal health situations, or miscellaneous life shenanigans. I will let you know if, for any reason, I will need more time than expected.

Reject bin items are not eligible for refunds unless there is an entire shipping mishap.

Other pre-made, non-custom items follow the shop's standard refund policy and shipping time frames.

Refunds are handled on a case by case basis. Please carefully read the item's description, including dimensions before purchasing. If your item matches the description, no refund is warranted.

However, if your handmade item arrives broken or damaged, please send us a photo of it and we will happily replace it. I want you to love your purchase!
